Fees, for everything, paying rent fee theres a 50$ paying rent fee. They are quick with an eviction notice 1st on a friday eviction notice on monday. Theyre slow to fix things, or pay the bills included in your rent ie. GARDENER, WATER BILL ETC

Placed an application for one of their locations on Sunday July 31and paid my application fee. The realtor listed for the company as well as costumer service has bounced me back and forth to voicemails just to check the status. If this is the type of response time I receive by just placing an application I would had to image how any other request would be handled if I actually rented a home.
