I wish I never moved into a Waypoint home. We had a short window to find a place and the home we are in is the best we found.

That said, it is WAY overpriced for the size and age of home it is. I have also found Waypoints maintenace department SUCKS! I called them to fix a leak in my shower which was causing mold to grow. They sent a tech in who couldn't fix it.

He said they needed to send a plumber. If I say there is a leak why wouldn't a plumber be sent in the first place? That's just ***. Then on top of it all, the tech put the cartridge back in wrong so the water is now only SCALDING hot.

I took off work for this? So someone could take a bad situation and make it worse?? The text told me a plumber would be able to come back after 5 pm since me and my husband work. I already took off for the first appointment.

Then I am told by 2 other people that that is not true. They can only do 8-5. Don't trust these people.

They are liars! We will be moving as soon as our lease is up.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: The company to honor what it said it would do and fix my issue after work at 5:30 pm. .
