I copied my google review: Wow! Wtf!

Completely unacceptable, 0 Stars!!!! It definitely has been the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with a rental company!!! Like LAUGHABLE. Two weeks after moving in, my house flooded with SEWAGE water in the basement due to something wrong with the pipes (not from us!!) After finally getting a plumber out, and spending half the day there they were able to fix it.

Well the house flooded again a week later. Plumber sent out again. Supposedly fixed, only to flood again. After maybe the 6th time coming out, they finally figured out that the main drain had cracked mostly due to the extra janky plumbing that Waypoint put in to make the house sound more appealing.

But now my house floods every week, because Waypoint is still waiting on a low enough bid to be able to fix the main drain ?? That means that I can't use water for DAYS at a time without sewage water backing up into my house!! Waypoint says they are still waiting on a low enough bid...really!!! Like this is my life!!

I can't shower, can't use the toilet, but Waypoint doesn't seem to be too worried about that they only are worried about how cheap it is to fix it.. They won't work with me on reducing my rent, or maybe reducing utilities.. nothing. Just "We're sorry you're having to deal with that.

We see what we can do to speed things up." Right. 3 months later still flooding. I have to have these plumbers come out almost EVERY WEEK to "relieve" us until the main drain gets fixed. Luckily these plumbers are really nice dudes they are like family now haha...

they also have the same feelings about waypoint. The lack of urgency from Waypoint Homes has been ridiculous. They never returned my phone calls, and I seriously mean NEVER. Emails too.

Don't even bother. I just had to drive all the way down to the office to talk to somebody. I even asked them if they ever answer the phone or return phone calls and the lady said "yes, but what number are you calling?" Like i call the wrong place or something?? No, i get an answering machine for Jacqueline, one of the ladies that works there.

I leave messages. Nothing. When i went down there I recorded conversation on my phone and I told the lady I don't want to pay for a house that doesn't work, or if they can help out pay for some of the utilities like to help since this is ***. She says, "Well, if you're using the water, you're still going to be billed for water usage," so I said, "right, but there's days at a time I CAN'T use it and," and she cuts me off and says "Right, so then you wouldn't be billed for water" ..I KNOW this, but the fact that I can't use water and there's sewage backed up in my house is MY POINT.

I don't want to pay for a broken house that compromises me and my families health. I need to be able to use the water and have everything drain. I need PIPES THAT DRAIN otherwise I CANT USE MY WATER.

I am beyond words anymore. The plumber, who is back at my house AGAIN, as I type this, said I should find other people who have dealt with them and call 9 News or Tom Martino because this IS NOT RIGHT.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1600.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Waypoint Homes Cons: Maintenance neglect led to health problems to residents, Lack of communication, Lack of urgency with broken house and backed up sewage.
