Since day one of moving in I have been having problems maintenance problems they don't come they don't fix it if they do come out they say they have to take pictures and let them let the company know and then they never get back to me no one time has something got fixed in my house that needed to be done I've been doing it all on my own because I don't have the time nor does the problems have the time to wait for it to get fixed I pay my rent every month on time even though my rent was raised and I'm still a very dissatisfied customer I wish I could move out but I have nowhere else to go right now I had advised anybody do not go through Waypoint Homes at least in Colorado the people in the office each one of them say something different no one knows exactly what's going on they say they'll fix stuff and then the next lady or the next guy says something different
