Maintenance on my house took too much longer than it should because the company kept rejecting quotes for a new air conditioner so I was out of AC and of a kitchen for two months. The maintenance was completed in July I was promised a concession it is now going into October and I am still calling and fighting to get it my local office has completely stopped returning my calls the call center customer service has assured me that case handlers and property managers would call they never have no one has taken responsibility for completely neglecting and maliciously ignoring me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
