MOVE IN WAS EASY AND EFFICIENT .... AFTER THAT ALL DOWN HILL FROM THERE...

REPAIRS ARE SLOW TO COMPLETE AND THE PORTAL DOES NOT MAKE IT EASY TO NAVIGATE... REFEREED SEVERAL CLIENTS TO THEM INCLUDING FAMILY MEMBERS... HAD A PAYMENT ADDRESS CHANGE WAS NOT NOTIFIED EITHER EMAIL NOR MAIL WITH WEBSITE AND INTERNET ALL DIFFERENT PAYMENT ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS FOR LOCAL OFFICE FOLLOWING MONTH PAYMENT WAS RETURNED LATE FEE ASSESSED THEY HAD NO COMPASSION NOR THE CARE DIDN'T WANT TO REVERSE LATE FEE MEASLY 95.00 THEN ON THE FOLLOWING MONTH PAYMENT POSTED TO WRONG ACCOUNT AFTER 4 HRS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE LOCAL OFFICE THEY AGAIN LACK OF CARE OR CONCERN GOT RUN AROUND.

DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND.. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH BETTER REVIEWS AS THE REVIEW DOES STAT THE STATE OF THIS COMPANY.
