Once my situation was fully understood, Waypoint was very consolatory. After having gotten an authorization from her superiors, Ms.

Shatorri Phillips forwarded to me an affordable lease package. I do understand that prices go up. I am happy with the resolution Ms. Shatotti Phillips forwarded to me.

Since that time she has reached out to me ensuring that my association with Waypoint is still positive. I have been with Waypoint for over three years. My experience has been positive. There have been minor and major maintenance issues, all of which were addressed in a timely and satisfactorily manner.

Please let me know if I can do more?

August 22, 2017: I have resided in the Colony Home/WayPointe home, from September 2013, until the present. I have never made "one" late payment.

I am up for a lease renewal, I am being told my rent will be increased 11% ($145.00). My wages have not increased by 11% nor has the value of the property. I informed Shatorri Phillips, that I simply cannot afford to increase my payment from $1,395 to $1,540. I countered with $1,450.

Ms. Phillips' position seems to be, she would rather loose a tenant who has a four year "perfect history," in favor of rolling the dice with the unknown. I have had several service issues, which were addressed in a timely, professional manner. My overall experience has been positive.

My only issue is processing how a company would prefer to loose a perfect tenant, who over the last four years, has made rent payments in access of $67,200, in favor of having to prepare the home for a new occupant, subsequently market the home, find an on the surface suitable tenant, who may or may not pan out over time. While totally disregarding the relationship with a tried and proven "customer." Eugene Johnson (4840 Zip 30135)
